RZ HR Studio is a human resources consultancy that came in with a clear service offering but no marketing infrastructure to support it. There was no defined funnel, no automation system, no consistent messaging, and no go-to-market plan. My role as a contractual Marketing Specialist was to build that foundation — fast and right.
The Challenge
Launching a consultancy without a marketing system is like opening a shop with no signage, no pricing, and no door.
RZ HR Studio had the expertise. What they needed was the architecture to communicate it, capture leads, and convert them consistently.
What I Built
During the four-month engagement, I designed and delivered the full marketing stack from the ground up:
- Designed the end-to-end marketing workflow and process documentation for independent team operation post-handover.
- Built ActiveCampaign automations covering lead capture, nurture sequences, and follow-up triggers — replacing manual outreach with a self-running system.
- Developed the full sales funnel architecture from awareness to conversion, aligned with the consultancy’s client decision timeline.
Strategy & Positioning
Beyond execution, the engagement required strategic decisions across three areas that directly shape revenue:
- Defined brand messaging and tone of voice for consistent communication to HR decision-makers and business owners.
- Built the pricing structure and positioning framework — packaging services to reflect value and reduce sales friction.
- Developed a Go-to-Market strategy covering channel prioritization, audience targeting, and launch sequencing.
My Approach to Collaboration
Contractors are often handed a brief and left to execute in isolation. That was never my approach at RZ HR Studio. I embedded myself in the team’s thinking — asking the questions that shaped the strategy, not just delivering the outputs that were requested. Every system I built was documented, every decision was explained, and every handover was designed so the team could own what I built long after the contract ended. That’s what I mean when I say I build for longevity, not just delivery.
